FORMER NFL PLAYER TAMBA HALI RELEASES NEW AFROBEAT EP, “TAMBA JUICE”

NFL veteran Tamba Hali recently released his new EP “Tamba Juice” via his own label, Relumae Records. On the MasterKraft-produced EP, Tamba showcases his versatility as an artist.

He croons over breezy, beach-vibe productions on topics of love and lust on tracks like “Everyday” featuring African superstar Runtown, “Drive You” and “Just U,” while not forgetting to have fun on “Bad Like Dat” featuring MasterKraft and “Walamkolombo.”

Tamba Hali’sTamba Juice EP is available for streaming and purchase now.
On the new EP, Tamba Hali says, “it was a fun, but challenging, experience creating "Tamba Juice."
You’ll hear smooth laid back, fun music that’s full of energy, perfect for all ages to vibe to.”

Since the release of his track “Chief,” dedicated to the only team he’s ever known The Kansas City Chiefs (September 2017), the Liberian-born athlete began seriously pursuing his passion for music.

Tamba is now a successful Afrobeat artist in his own right. His 2017 release “The One For Me” reached #65 on Billboard’s Urban chart and the video for the EP’s first single, “Samba,” quickly garnered over 330K views upon release.

Now, with the release of “Tamba Juice,” Tamba Hali is poised to be remembered as not only a renowned athlete, but also a prolific recording artist.

MORE ON TAMBA HALI:

Whether playing the Defensive End for the Kansas City Chiefs or navigating the direction of his burgeoning label, Relumae Records, the 5-foot-3, Liberian-born athlete/recording artist moves like a quiet storm with humility.

Parts of Tamba Hali’s personal journey read like a fiction novel. He and his seven siblings fled from war-torn Liberia to the Ivory Coast during his youth only to later join his father, a chemistry and physics professor, in New Jersey.

Playing the drums and singing in the choir began for Hali in Liberia, which transitioned to writing rhymes once he was in Teaneck, NJ and first introduced to A Tribe Called Quest, 2Pac, Biggie and Jay-Z.

His love of production surfaced in college as Hali always found a way to be around music. Enter Relumae Records.
Athlete, artist and businessman--Tamba Hali strives to be “the guy who is going to prove a lot of people wrong.

"I want people to remember me as a professional athlete and recording artist, and that everything I did, I put my heart into and did well.”
