Oxygen, the destination for high-quality crime programming, debuts "The Forgotten West Memphis Three" on March 28 and March 29, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT).

Hosted by investigative podcaster Bob Ruff, a former Fire Chief and creator of the "Truth and Justice" podcast, this in-depth two-night special revisits the infamous West Memphis Three case.

On May 5, 1993, three eight-year-old boys, Stevie Branch, Michael Moore, and Christopher Byers, were brutally murdered in a West Memphis creek. Now, 25 years later, Bob Ruff and his team are reexamining the case with groundbreaking new technology and investigative insights in the hope of uncovering new information and finally revealing the truth to the families of Stevie, Michael, and Christopher, the "forgotten" West Memphis Three.

Through shocking exclusive interviews, scientific testing, and firsthand accounts, the special follows Ruff?s pursuit of the truth as he attempts to shed light on a case that he believes was mishandled when it was first examined.

After an investigation in 1993, authorities initially suspected and convicted three local teens, Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley, accusing them of performing a satanic ritual, despite controversies surrounding the handling of the evidence at the crime scene.

Eighteen years later, the convicted West Memphis Three were released from prison following plea bargains and continue to maintain their innocence with overwhelming public support.

After Damien, Jason, and Jessie's release in 2011, public attention surrounding the case dissipated, leaving the families of the murdered boys without closure or the identity of their children's murderer. Bob's investigation leads him to heartbreaking firsthand accounts from family members Pam Hicks and Ryan Clark, shocking new information from witnesses Carlos Seals and Bobby Posey, crucial investigative insight from retired FBI Behavioral Sciences profiler Jim Clemente, and Forensic Pathologist Dr. Rebecca Hsu. Armed with these new insights and testimony, Bob attempts to uncover the secrets of this case and once and for all answer the questions the victim's families have been asking for so many years.

"The Forgotten West Memphis Three" is produced by Herzog & Company, Discount Sushi and XG Productions with Mark Herzog and Andie Beckerman serving as Executive Producers for Herzog & Company, Jon Cryer and Lisa Joyner for Discount Sushi and Jim Clemente and Peter McDonnell for XG Productions. Also serving as Executive Producers are Bob Ruff and Domini Hofmann.
